the town, river, and harbour, with sea glimpses, and the kitchen
and bathrooms have uninterrupted views of the Royal Naval College.
The house is in a quiet street, a one minute walk to the embankment
and a few minutes to the town centre. Award-winning Blackpool Sands
is a short drive away.
The accommodation is very spacious and light, comprising large sitting
room and dining room, kitchen, two beds (one with en suite) and
family bathroom.
Gas central heating and hot water. Gas and electricity included.
Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumbler dryer.
Bedding provided but tenants to bring own towels.
Changeover Saturday.
